Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
Assist the Branch Manager in executing operational activities efficiently and in alignment with company standards.
Supervise service flow, manpower deployment, and daily service scheduling.
Monitor adherence to safety, hygiene, and process compliance.
Sales & Business Development
Contribute to achieving monthly revenue targets by actively participating in lead generation, walk-in conversions, and upselling.
Support execution of local marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Prepare and maintain daily sales and service reports.
Customer Relationship Management
Ensure excellent customer experience through proactive communication and service quality monitoring.
Handle customer concerns, feedback, and service recovery with a solutions-focused mindset.
Maintain high NPS (Net Promoter Score) and customer satisfaction metrics.
Team Supervision & Support
Mentor junior team members, technicians, and support staff.
Coordinate shift schedules and ensure task delegation aligns with daily goals.
Facilitate on-ground training and assist in performance evaluations.
Reporting & Coordination
Provide daily updates to the Branch Manager and regional teams.
Liaise with internal departments including Inventory, HR, and Technical Support for smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills
? Graduate in Business, Automotive Management, or related field.
? Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory/assistant managerial role in automotive, retail, or service-based environments.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
? Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and Google Workspace.
? Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
? A proactive mindset with customer-first and growth-driven thinking.
