1.Should have good exposure of front-end sales of PLC, VFD, HMI, SCADA, Motion, Robot automation products and its various solutions for the tyre industry.2. Needs to ensure wider market reach & penetration in large EU and OEM markets3. Should be able to interact and discuss with EU and OEM customers for the complete system requirement as per end user application and requirement.4. Should be competent in implementing effective solutions to customer needs with an aim to improve customer contentment.5. Should engage in proper resources within own organization for specific case as per project significance.6. Should be an effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills, strong methodical and problem-solving approach.7. Should work with EU, OEM and channel team for annual target, annual plan and its execution.8. Should work with focused and targeted key EU and OEM to gain business growth & create business awareness.9. Should be able to ensure support and smooth execution of projects.10. Should be able to establish and maintain the relations with decision makers and management people.11. Should be able to focus on new solution study & its promotion which will help to add values to OEM to machines and try to give complete package solution with cost effective solution by adding various values to OEM machine or line.12. Should have effective communication while collaborating and managing the sales and technical team and should show creativity at work with good presentation skills.13. He to provide techno commercial support to existing customers14.Should work with EU for the brand nomination for the business through local or global OEM/ SI/ PB/Contractors15.Should be able to spearhead the POC/Demo.at the customer end to generate the approval / conversion16. Should have the exposure on the digitalization platform for the next level of engagement17.Should be able to coordinate with all the internal and external stakeholders for the smooth deployment of AMC/ Health checkup activities 18.
