Responsibilities and Duties:-



? Manage the entire sales cycle -- lead generation, proposal preparation,

negotiation, and deal closure.

? Identify and target potential customers through research, cold calling,

networking, and industry events.

? Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer

satisfaction.

? Prepare and deliver professional presentations, demos, and business

proposals.

? Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts using CRM

tools.

? Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) to

ensure smooth order execution.

? Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth

opportunities.

? Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.

? Participate in sales review meetings and support strategic planning to improve

conversions.

Requirements:-



? Excellent communication and negotiation skills

? Strong presentation and relationship management abilities

? Self-driven, target-oriented, and strong problem-solving approach.

? 8-13 years of experience in sales, business development, or account

management.

? Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

? Ability to multitask and work under pressure with deadlines.

? Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zohobooks etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
