Generate Sales for the laboratory testing services as per assigned sales target & territory
Responsible for achieving sales targets and increasing sales through developing new customers in the assigned territory
Must be willing to travel for meetings or projects
Develop business of automotive component testing services, polymer testing, chemical testing & overall material testing services
Have good understanding of local market, potential customers and available business opportunities
Good contacts with Automotive, Aerospace & similar Industry Tier-I, Tier-II & supply chain
Develop rapport with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and build long term customer relationships
Communicating customer requirements to the technical team and provide feedback to customer
Understanding the scope and services available within TUV Rheinland Testing Labs
Educate customers on requirements and prepare proposals to meet customer needs
Should be aggressive, updated & proactive on market needs
DailyWeeklyPeriodic status of sales pipeline, order forecast & projects to the respective client and functional manager
Promoting labs facility of Material Testing to the clients
Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities
Comply and ensure implementation of the company's and the customer's Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Process requirements
Experience & Further Qualifications
Able Salesperson with 3 - 5 yrs experience in Direct Sales of Material Testing Services & knowledge in Testing ofAutomotive Components, Aerospace and similar industries
Must have good market knowledge & customer connects in Automotive component Industry, Aerospace and similarindustries which are having potential for MaterialPolymerChemical testing business
Persons with TIC Company Sales experience in Polymer Testing & auto comp segment shall be an added advantage
Able to work independently & productively in a team under high demanding conditions
Able to communicate effectively in business English and a local language at multiple levels in customer organizations
Self - driven and goal oriented
Handling Customer Programs as single point of contact
