PropGrow is a fast-growing proptech startup enabling NRIs and HNIs to invest in high-growth real estate opportunities across India and global markets. We are looking for an Assistant Manager (CRM) to manage client relationships, enhance customer experience, and support our investment advisory workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with NRI & HNI investors
Understand client needs and recommend relevant investment options
Manage onboarding, documentation, and compliance
Provide regular updates, reports, and performance insights
Maintain accurate CRM data and client records
Coordinate closely with sales, advisory, and operations teams
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in consultative/luxury sales (real estate, banking, aviation, hospitality)
Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
Graduate degree required; MBA preferred
Professional, confident, and self-driven
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
