Job Description


Stellar is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager (Inside Sales) for BitRaser data erasure software. The ideal candidate should have a total of 5 plus years of experience, with minimum of 5 years proven software sales experience, preferably selling B2B software, demonstrating a track record of success in Sales.
The candidate must have flexibility to work in night shifts.
Generate new business opportunities from inbound leads for self and for team
Qualify client needs and recommend suitable software
Conduct impactful software demos to facilitate sales closure
Oversee day-to-day sales operations of team, including sending proposal, negotiating orders etc.
Responsible for business sales targets
Cultivate positive client relations and seek customer testimonials cum case studies
Secure repeat orders by cross selling and/ or upselling
Provide customer feedbacks periodically to R&D, support & marketing team
Actively participate in marketing activities such as trade shows, events, and exhibitions in the US and Europe primarily
Key Responsibilities

Desired Experience
Sales Experience: 5 plus years of expertise in Inside Sales/Enterprise Sales for the USA region or Inbound Sales with a focus on Business Development
At least 3 years' experience must be in selling a technical B2B software

Qualification
UG: B.E., B.Tech, BCA in Computers, B.Sc. or any other Graduate
PG: Preferred an MBA in Sales & Marketing/ International business
