Assistant Manager - Sales
to drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships.
Role Overview:
As Assistant Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify and approach potential clients through networking, cold calling, and leads.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Conduct meetings and presentations for prospective and existing clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and conversion.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or B2B.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and result-oriented approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
