Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts or regions.
Drive B2B/B2C sales (depending on the model) through cold calling, email outreach, or field visits.
Negotiate and close deals with new clients or partners.

Client & Account Management
Build long-term relationships with key clients or sellers to maximize repeat business.
Manage onboarding, training, and performance of sellers or partners (if applicable).
Resolve client queries and ensure high satisfaction.

Market Research & Business Intelligence
Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer feedback.
Identify new business opportunities and suggest improvements in offerings or pricing strategies.
4.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales data.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, funnel health, and key metrics.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance, logistics, product) to ensure smooth delivery and client servicing.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce, FMCG, SaaS, or B2B domains.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
Data-driven with good analytical and reporting skills.
