Key Requirements
Experience in customer handling & sales coordination
Ability to coordinate with internal teams & customers
Good knowledge of MIS & reporting
Roles & Responsibilities
Customer handling & regular follow-up for all customers
PPC (Production Planning & Control) follow-up for all customers
Schedule planning with internal teams for all products
Daily dispatch planning with team & customers
Transport arrangement for daily dispatch
Handling inward-related issues
Customer support via calls & emails
Preparation of monthly MIS reports
What We're Looking For?
Experience in industrial sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
