Job Summary:



The Assistant Manager - Sales (Electrical Panel Division) is responsible for promoting, developing, and managing sales of LT/HT electrical panels and related products. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with the design and estimation team, and ensuring smooth order execution to achieve business targets and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate and follow up on leads and enquiries for LT/HT panels, PCC, MCC, APFC, AMF, and control panels. Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, EPC companies, OEMs, and end customers. Prepare quotations, technical offers, and commercial proposals as per client requirements. Conduct site visits and meetings with clients to understand project needs and provide suitable solutions. Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to close sales within target margins. Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Estimation, and Production) for project feasibility, costing, and timely delivery. Track ongoing projects and follow up for payments and post-sales service requirements. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection targets. Study market trends, competitor products, and pricing to identify new business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inquiries, and client communications in CRM or MIS reports.

Qualification & Skills:



Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. MBA in Marketing (preferred). 4-8 years of experience in sales of LT/HT Panels or Electrical Switchgear products. Sound knowledge of electrical systems, panel components, and tendering processes. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good command over MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel as per project or client requirements.
