Job Overview

This is a full-time onsite role for Sales Fulfilment at The Good Doll. The role is based in Mysuru. This role will be responsible for overseeing daily sales fulfilment activities and managing the fulfilment center in Mysuru.

Key Responsibilities

:

This role is responsible for managing sales fulfillment for the company across retail, b2b and d2c channels. Key responsibility areas listed below:

? Manage order processing across all sales channels

? Work closely with the production supervisor to ensure inventory for sales pipeline is being made available in time

? Keep track of orders and dispatches

? Work with the logistics partners to ensure delivery of orders

? Handle customer queries and order updates

? Manage relationships with retail partners and ensure smooth restocking of inventory at all retail stores

? Handle timely sales report receipt and invoice submission for retail channel

? Track accounts receivable for all sales channels

Key Requirements

:

? Graduate in any discipline with 4-6 years working experience

? Proficient in written & spoken English

? Moderate proficiency in spoken Tamil would be an advantage

? Proficient in MS office and general computer skills

? Adaptability and keenness to learn
