Job Responsibilities:
Develop and manage sales for freight forwarding services including Air, Ocean & Road logistics
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in import & export logistics
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and shipping partners
Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close deals
Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth shipment execution
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports

Key Skills & Requirements:
3-6 years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics / shipping sales
Strong knowledge of Air & Ocean Freight, Incoterms, customs procedures
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools

Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
