Purpose of the position/
This role involves driving revenue growth by developing & implementing effective sales strategies & managing key accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Cultivating high-level relationships with key clients, and overseeing all aspects of the sales process, ensuring exceptional service standards align with the brand's luxury image while consistently exceeding sales targets within the luxury market
Attributes of the position / Scope
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales & Marketing or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales management within the hospitality/ Luxury sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong organizational and project management skills
