Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Executive/Assistant Sales Manager/Deputy Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic planning and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of property consultants/sales executives.
Identify new sales opportunities and channels to expand market reach.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and negotiations.
Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams for lead generation and conversion.
Prepare and present periodic sales reports to senior management.
Ensure adherence to legal and compliance standards in all transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3 to 7 years of proven experience in real estate sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of High residential properties/Villas markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and lead a sales team to meet targets.
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
Should have handled a complete project from starting till finishing
