"The Surface Solutions business unit [ SUSONITY], a mid-sized multinational leader in the pearlescent pigment & cosmetic actives, is recently divested to the company Global New Materials International (GNMI), headquartered in China, as of August 1st, 2025. This role will be part of the divestment company"
Your role

  • Achieving and overshooting set objectives for individual accounts in West India
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and create high value projects / Sales.
  • Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients (increasing client base)
  • Researching options to develop new business opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
  • Collaborate with Sales, Regional Marketing, Product Management & Application Lab to ensure growth
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients
  • Identifying New opportunities in the market or new markets
  • Identifying & participating & Attending Exhibitions, conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
  • High Level Networking and Strategic Partnerships in creation of short term and long-term business opportunities
  • Win opportunities created from time to time.
  • Proposing / introducing new products /offerings basis Opportunity created
  • Work closely with Regional Marketing in promoting Marketing Initiatives.
  • Follow up on Payments & maintain on-time payment from Customers.
  • All visits / Customer interaction needs to be updated on Sales Force Dot Com & hence knowledge to SFDC or similar platform is preferred quality with Candidate.
  • Forecasting for products & Close interaction with Supply Chain Team for smooth supply of Merck products to customers.
Who You Are
  • Candidate should have experience in selling to Cosmetic companies in India with 8-10 years of experience in sales.
  • Any Technical educational background or work experience in field of Cosmetic is preferred expertise.
