Role Overview:-

We are looking for an experienced

Assistant Manager - Sales

to promote and expand our

Conventional Welding Electrodes

business in Renukoot. The role demands strong technical knowledge, customer relationship building, and proven sales achievements in industrial markets.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Achieve sales targets for conventional electrodes in the assigned territory.

Build and manage relationships with customers, fabricators, distributors, and channel partners.

Identify new business opportunities across steel, fabrication, and engineering industries.

Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and ensure timely collections.

Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order execution and report sales/MIS to management.

Skills & Qualifications:-

Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering preferred.

3-5 years of experience

in sales of welding consumables or related technical products.

Strong communication, negotiation skills, and ability to travel extensively.
