Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Sales Commission
In this role, we require Billing Profile who will perform below responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Technical & Functional Skills:
Proven experience in commissions processing and analysis, ideally within sales/revenue operations.
Strong understanding of commissions/compensation rules and processes.
Hands-on experience with commissions systems (preferably Varicent; EMS/SQL knowledge a plus).
Proficiency in financial and reporting tools: SAP, Business Objects (BO), Access, Salesforce; experience with dashboarding/simplification tools is desirable.
Demonstrated experience using Alteryx for data preparation, analysis, and process automation.
Advanced Excel and data management skills (data cleansing, validation, processing).
Analytical & Process Skills
Ability to process, cleanse, validate, and analyze large sets of sales/renewal data for commission calculations.
Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
Experience in documenting processes and developing SOPs.
Skilled in identifying process efficiencies and implementing best practices.
Collaboration & Communication
Strong business collaboration skills; able to collaborate with Finance and Sales Operations teams.
Experience handling queries from sales reps/organizations with thorough research and clear solutions.
Ability to understand business requirements quickly and deliver accurate, timely outputs.
Effective knowledge transfer skills; able to absorb and document processes in the first phase, and train new team members in the latter phase.
