Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior management in managing day-to-day operations
Supervise staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance
Handle reporting, documentation, and MIS
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow
Ensure targets, deadlines, and operational standards are met
Support planning, execution, and follow-up activities
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience
as Assistant Manager / Supervisor / Team Lead
Successful track record in the Insurance sector
FMCG experience preferred.
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
Ability to handle teams and work under pressure
