Minimum 4-6 years of proven B2B sales experience in professional services, consulting, or compliance services Minimum 2-3 years of experience specifically in environment, sustainability, regulatory compliance, or related domains Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets (minimum 90-110% achievement) Experience in managing complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and account management Experience in selling intangible services with consultative selling approach Experience in managing clients across manufacturing, industrial, or corporate sectors Experience in EPR registration, environmental clearances, ESG and pollution control compliance services Prior experience with ISO certifications, sustainability consulting, or HSE service Experience in managing high-value B2B accounts (deal sizes ?1 lakh+) Experience in territory management and market development Experience in team leadership or mentoring junior sales personnel Exposure to government regulatory processes and statutory compliance domains

Person specification

The resources should be a team players and should have experience in managing a team The candidate should have excellent communication skills and Behavioural skills. The candidate should be flexible to support the business requirement during emergency requirements. The candidate should Possess Excellent Analytical, problem Solving and Interpersonal and Organizational Abilities.

Essential:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field MBA or PGDM in Marketing/Sales from recognized institution is highly preferred Sustainability certifications (GRI, CDP, LEED, IGBC, or similar).
