Key responsibilities include:


Strategic responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers.
? Identify and manage design-in and design-win opportunities.
? Track and forecast long-term customer demand and sales pipeline.

? Contribute to demand planning and inventory optimization.

? Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and technology forums.
? Maintain a long-term customer relationship strategy focused on retention and growth.
? Provide market intelligence feedback to management and product teams.
? Identify and mitigate business risks in supply chain or account dependency.

- Update CRM and provide accurate short-term and long-term sales forecasts.

Allocation Management

- Coordinate with supply chain for product availability.

Feedback Collection

- Capture and communicate customer requirements and issues.

Reporting

- Track sales performance, pipeline, and key metrics.

Field sales experience in an Indian or a multi-national company selling Industrial products like Relays, Cooling Fans, LCD, OLED, Lithium batteries, Opto IC, Connectors, Thermal Printers, Heat shrink tube sleeve, Fuse, Active passive components etc*

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience in Diploma / Degree in Electronics Technology*


Selling Skills, Communication skills, Negotiation skills, Team Player*


Good interpersonal skills- good relationships and contact with customers.*


Willing to travel extensively in assigned territory or pan India if required.*
