We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Sales to drive business development and revenue growth in capital and industrial equipment sales, with a focus on laundry systems. This role plays a key part in expanding our client base across industries such as hospitality, healthcare, and commercial laundries.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients while nurturing existing relationships
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Conduct solution-based selling and prepare tailored proposals
Negotiate and close deals with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Track market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
Key Skills & Qualifications
4-8 years of proven experience in capital/industrial equipment sales, preferably in laundry systems
Degree/diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering (b.tech/b.e/diploma)
Strong track record in client acquisition, business development, and solution selling
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
