Assistant Managers - Sales
to strengthen our presence in South and Western India.
Role Overview
You will manage the
entire sales cycle
-- from lead generation to deal closure -- for Inspira's enterprise SaaS solutions.
This is a
consultative B2B sales role
that requires frequent travel across key business hubs in India. In addition to direct sales, you will conduct
market research and intelligence visits
to understand industry-specific software needs and identify new product opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify prospective B2B clients in HVAC, Manufacturing, and Services sectors.
Generate leads through outbound efforts, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
Conduct impactful online and in-person product presentations and demos.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals independently.
Maintain and update an active sales pipeline in the company's CRM system.
Build and nurture long-term, consultative customer relationships.
Conduct
market research and intelligence
by visiting companies in different verticals to understand their software requirements and emerging trends.
Provide structured feedback to management on new business opportunities and potential software product ideas.
Travel frequently for client meetings, demos, trade events, and exhibitions across India.
Candidate Profile
Education:
Graduate or Diploma in IT, Business, or related fields
Experience (Mandatory):
Minimum
3 years of experience
in Enterprise Software / SaaS / IT Product Sales
Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Fluent in English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage
Tech-savvy; comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
Mindset:
Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel frequently
Strong consultative selling ability with a problem-solving approach
Adaptable and resilient in dynamic business environments

Salary:
