Job Description

The Assistant Sales Manager supports the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, strengthening customer relationships, and executing sales strategies within the assigned segment.

Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets Support and coordinate with the sales team to improve productivity and performance Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, or clients Monitor daily sales activities, field performance, and market coverage Support implementation of promotional schemes and marketing activities Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
