We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
Assistant Manager
to oversee daily operations, drive process excellence, and manage client relationships. The role involves team management, SLA adherence, performance tracking, and stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless business operations and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to achieve business goals.
Manage and mentor team members, ensuring productivity and compliance.
Handle client and operational escalations effectively.
Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data, and drive process improvements.
Ensure vendor management, budget adherence, and timely reporting.
Implement new technologies to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Mandatory languages either Kannada or Hindi or Telugu.
Skills Required:
Strong documentation and analytical skills
Experience in compliance, operations, and stakeholder management
Project Management Certification (preferred)
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Positive, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,086.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
