Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing/Sales candidate to lead our sales efforts in the North. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the aluminium or engineering sectors, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (preferred) or MBA Marketing.
3-5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the Aluminium or engineering sectors.
Strong knowledge of Aluminium products and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
