* Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: (Accountabilities associated with the job) 1. Prepare MIS and dashboards for business tracking. 2. Engagement with sales team OEMs dealers ASSCs for onboarding payouts query resolution. 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) 1. Required Qualifications and Experience
* SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications: Post-Graduation:Graduate b) Work Experience: \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have 0-2 year of experience in lending business \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be good with Ms Office tools \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of SQL/Data Handling tools and languages(Will be preferred) \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues in other functions across the company. \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent Interpersonal Skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self-starter
