We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Record to Report If you are an accounting graduate with prior accounting experience and have experience in managing a team. We\'re looking forward for you to apply. In this role, you will be expected to work on strict deadlines, in a fairly fast paced business environment while being a good, phenomenal teammate and be open to working in any shift as per the business requirement Responsibilities: In this role, you shall be responsible for all the activities related to record to report. As an integral member of a team, prepare and process month-end journals, perform month end closing and reporting activities, manage stake-holders communications for any exceptions, deviations issue resolutions. Responsible for General ledger accounts including Cash, Fixed assets, Payroll accounting and other balance sheet accounts. Responsible for reconciliation preparation in accordance with internal/external accounting guidelines & SOX requirement from group level. Supports in managing relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders with the objective of meeting delivery as per the agreed partners. Handle close timelines and communicate on a timely basis, in accordance to the deadlines. Collaborate and work closely with client/auditors during annual audits, prepare supports and audit requests. Adherence to US GAAP with respect to all accounting interpretations and applications. Able to identify improvement opportunities and introduce these into the immediate work area and also across the wider team. Flexible in stretching the shifts when required. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA preferred) Preferred qualifications Relevant work experience in General Ledger. Experience of working in SAP and Blackline. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel. Good Written and Verbal Communication skills. Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions. Must be a positive and energetic team player.
