In this role, we are looking for a finance professional to be a part of Fixed Assets Team. You will be responsible for managing all Fixed Assets requests, maintaining AUC, FAR, will be involved in verification of assets and supervising and reviewing the work of team membersResponsibilities Own the Asset Team Mailbox and manage all requests Maintenance of AUC and regular reporting to business Review fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions and share it with the processing team Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger Maintenance of FAR and performing assets verifications Coordination with all business regions for verification of assets Perform quarterly stock counts Regular review of impairment of assets and written off Investigate the potential obsolescence of fixed assets Ensuring RACM controls are in place including documentation thereof Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all reports delivered Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets, and assist the auditors with their queries Deal with Statutory and Internal auditors Find opportunities for automation, improvement and efficiency Qualifications we seek in you!
