Position Overview:



The

Assistant Manager - RPT

will be responsible for managing all aspects of Related Party Transactions in compliance with statutory requirements under Companies Act, SEBI LODR, Taxation laws, and other applicable regulations. The role ensures accurate accounting, disclosure, documentation, and monitoring of RPTs, while supporting audits and policy implementation. Job Purpose:
To ensure timely identification, accounting, reporting, and compliance of Related Party Transactions as per statutory norms and internal policies. To maintain robust documentation, support audits, and uphold governance standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Identification & Monitoring

Identify and monitor RPTs as per Companies Act, SEBI LODR, Taxation, and other statutory regulations.

Accounting & Disclosure

Ensure accurate accounting and disclosure of RPTs in XBRL filings, Annual Reports, and SEBI LODR submissions. Track RPT approvals and limit enhancements.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain comprehensive records of agreements, valuations, and approvals for compliance.

Compliance & Policy

Ensure transactions are at arm's length and comply with applicable laws. Develop, implement, and review company policy on RPTs.

Audit & Review

Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory and IFC audits related to RPT. Address discrepancies and provide necessary documentation.

Stakeholder Management

Manage relationships with auditors and internal stakeholders. Draft agenda items and materials for Audit Committee and Board meetings.

Support Activities

Assist in accounting and auditing activities as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Chartered Accountant (CA) / Company Secretary (CS)

Experience:

1-2 years in finance, compliance, or audit with exposure to RPT regulations.
