+ robotics expertise to surface finishing operations such as trimming, grinding, glazing, polishing, and buffing etc.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
+ Work closely with Production, Quality, IE, Maintenance, and Controls teams to ensure seamless integration of robotic solutions.
+ Partner with global automation and robotics teams for knowledge sharing and best practice adoption.
+ Support vendor and supplier discussions for evaluating automation technologies.
+ Act as a technical interface between plant teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
+ Analyze robot simulation and production data to validate cycle times, optimize robotic paths, and measure cell performance.
+ Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (using tools like Excel, Power BI, or equivalent) to track automation KPIs.
+ Leverage statistical and trend analysis to identify process bottlenecks and drive improvements.
What we are looking for, from your experience
Experience requirement:
Bachelor's / master's degree in Mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Robotics, Automation, or related discipline.
8-12 years of relevant experience in robotics simulation, OLP, and automation engineering.
Proficiency in Fanuc Roboguide or Process Simulate or similar robotic programming software (mandatory).
Hands-on experience with Offline Programming (OLP).
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and work collaboratively across departments.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
Practical exposure to Fanuc robots.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes for Kitchen and Bath products, especially finishing operations.
Knowledge of automation controls, PLC programming, and integration.
Other Details:
Since the role would also include to support USA and Europe regions, the associate should have the flexibility to work in shifts that may range from 6 am-3:30pm or 3pm to 11:30 pm OR in regular India working hours. (Subject to change)
