Assistant Manager - RNA (Survey Programming) - ConfirmIt - 4+Years - MumbaiLocation - MumbaiWe are hiring an experienced Assistant Manager - RNA to lead survey programming initiatives using Forsta Plus SaaS (Confirmit) and jQuery. • Programming and managing online surveys using Forsta Plus SaaS (Confirmit) and jQuery
• Conducting quality checks including link validations and bug fixes
• Independently managing client projects from start to finish
• Ensuring clear, consistent communication with clients on scope and timelines
• Leading process improvements to boost productivity and reduce turnaround time
• Collaborating with internal teams to align resources and ensure project delivery
• Mentoring junior programmers and leading knowledge-sharing initiatives

Requirements -

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in survey programming (Forsta Plus/Confirmit)
• Strong proficiency in jQuery, HTML, and related scripting languages
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines
• Excellent communication and team management capabilities
• Graduate in any discipline; certifications in research tools preferred
