Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager-Risk Management Reporting You will support the risk management reporting teams of our clients, in the periodic/ad-hoc production of reports/data. Responsibilities In the areas of credit / market / operations / liquidity / IRRBB / capital etc. risks, you will be responsible for creating various daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual / etc. reports. Primary activities will be one or more of these: Data Preparation/Update - Perform required calculations on data, creation of standard reports and exhibits/schedules, workpaper roll forward Data Aggregation - Request necessary data, aggregate data into the tool, review uploaded data, prepare data for reporting Data Adjustments - Review and confirm tolerance thresholds are met, a complete adjustment in aggregation layer, apply topside adjustments, apply record adjustments Data Analytics - Perform variance analysis, establish, and update analytics dashboards Data Reconciliation - Perform and review data reconciliation Documentation Management - Apply appropriate naming convention and ensuring documentation is saved to correct location Process improvements through Lean, Six Sigma or Analytics levers Create standard operating procedures (SOP) Develop thought leadership in one or more types of risks (credit / market / operations / liquidity / IRRBB / capital etc.) Qualifications Minimum Qualifications/Skills Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, etc. Experience in any of the following areas: a) Consumer Banking business/product (cards, loans, mortgages) Data Quality/Governance b) Regulatory/Risk Data Quality/Governance (ex: (CCAR, FDIC, and Basel). Technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Able to cultivate robust working relationships with the team, peers, and clients. Good interpersonal skills, interacting with clients both on the business side as well as technical specialists. Experience creating Business Requirements and Functional Requirements Documentation.
