Roles & Responsibilities
1. Marketing Communications:Own and manage the end-to-end marketing communications calendar
Track delivery reports and funnel metrics, sharing insights with marketing & category teams
Lead CRM initiatives across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and WhatsApp to improve
engagement and retention
2. Strategic Content and Campaign Management:Partner with the content team by providing strategic feedback based on campaign
learningsDesign and execute data-driven, customer segmentation-based campaigns aligned to
business goalsCollaborate with cross functional teams(data/product/tech) to define cohorts, offers, and
campaign briefs for creative and copyManage large-scale campaign scheduling, including DLT, WhatsApp template approvals,
and coordination across teams
3. Performance Analysis and Optimization:Deliver performance analysis and insights to ensure continuous CRM optimization
Conduct deep dives into campaign performance to maximize channel effectiveness
