About the Role

We are looking for a

dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager - Retail Real Estate Sales

to join our team in

North Bangalore

. The role focuses on

commercial property sales, retail real estate leasing, and investment opportunities

for a reputed real estate channel partner. You will handle

end-to-end sales cycles

including lead generation, client engagement, site visits, negotiation, and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, generate, and follow up on leads from

digital campaigns, real estate portals, referrals, and networking

. Conduct

site visits

and present commercial/retail property projects to potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with

developers, builder sales teams, and channel partners

. Negotiate terms and assist clients with

documentation, legal formalities, and booking processes

. Maintain accurate

CRM records

and provide regular sales reports. Consistently achieve and exceed

monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Experience

3-4+ years

of experience in

retail/commercial real estate sales or leasing

. Strong

negotiation and relationship management skills

. Excellent

communication and presentation

abilities. Proven track record of meeting

real estate sales targets

. Familiarity with

CRM tools, real estate sales cycles, and market trends in Bangalore

.
