Inventory Management
: Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and manage merchandise receipts and returns to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Sales Performance
: Analyze sales reports and individual performance metrics to identify strategies for achieving sales targets and improving store profitability.
Visual Merchandising
: Implement visual merchandising standards, ensuring that product displays are attractive and aligned with promotional strategies.
Administrative Duties
: Handle cash management, including reconciling cash drawers and preparing daily bank deposits, as well as maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory.
