The company has received several awards and recognitions for its significant contributions to the real estate industry.An Ideal Candidate:An ideal candidate for the position should have excellent skills in retail space leasing and actively participate in making lease agreements. The candidate should be competent in understanding customers and shoppers and should be able to approach key brands. They should also possess knowledge of merchandising, retailing, construction management, retail perspective, vendor management, and retail financial management. Additionally, the candidate should be knowledgeable in mall operations.Key Competencies:
1. To make lease presentations and conduct site and catchment area visits.
2. To be the primary interface for all inquiries related to the lease of space, to systematically log all the inquiries and follow up on the same.
3. To approach key brands and make a sales pitch to them.
4. To be responsible for all correspondence related to the lease of space (with brands & property consultants), making & filing MOUs, and actively participating in making lease agreements.
5. To coordinate and ensure timely completion of the fit-out of shops in conjunction with the mall project team & the client.
6. To collect market intelligence and prepare a relevant report.
7. Organize regular mall partner meetings as per the pre-laid-out calendar.
8. To collect and tabulate data in case of brands having revenue-sharing arrangements with the mall.
