, helping ensure smooth shift execution, quality food service, and a positive guest experience.
This role is ideal for a developing leader who enjoys working hands-on with the team while gaining management experience.
Key Responsibilities Operational Support
Assist Shift Managers with day-to-day restaurant operations
Support opening and closing procedures as assigned
Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are followed
Help address customer concerns and escalate when needed
Monitor service speed and product accuracy
Team Support & Training
Support team members during shifts to maintain productivity
Assist with training new hires and coaching staff
Reinforce company policies and procedures
Promote teamwork and a positive work environment
Cash & Inventory Assistance
Assist with cash handling and register procedures
Help complete shift paperwork and reports
Support inventory counts and stock organization
Report shortages, waste, or equipment issues to management
Guest Experience
Deliver friendly, professional customer service
Assist with upselling and promotions
Help ensure guests receive fast, accurate service
Qualifications
Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred (Shift Lead, Team Lead, or Supervisor)
Quick-service or pizza restaurant experience a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic POS and cash handling skills
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Food safety certification preferred or willingness to obtain
