Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Restaurant Manager

to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate has a solid background in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:



Operations Management:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures. Monitor food quality, customer service, and cleanliness to ensure company standards are upheld. Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food and labor costs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and mentor staff, including servers, cooks, and supervisors. Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage for peak times. Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to improve productivity and morale.

Customer Experience:

Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly. Foster a welcoming and positive dining environment. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements where necessary.

Financial Oversight:

Track and report on key performance metrics, such as sales, labor cost, and food cost. Assist with budgeting and forecasting. Review and approve payroll and vendor invoices.

Marketing & Community Engagement:

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote specials, events, and seasonal menus. Build relationships with the local community to drive traffic and brand loyalty.

Qualifications:



1-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role. Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and financial management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software (e.g., Toast, OpenTable, etc.) is a plus. ServSafe or Food Handler Certification preferred. Location : Dehradun

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
