We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Restaurant Manager
to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing service flow, maintaining financial performance, and delivering an exceptional dining experience that reflects the brand's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Guest Service
Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Ensure consistent
high-quality customer service
and resolve guest complaints promptly.
Monitor
service standards, cleanliness, and ambiance
in line with brand expectations.
Implement and enforce
standard operating procedures (SOPs)
for service and hygiene.
Team Management
Recruit, train, schedule, and manage restaurant staff including waiters, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen supervisors.
Conduct regular staff evaluations, provide coaching, and foster team motivation.
Manage team communication, pre-shift briefings, and customer service training.
Financial & Inventory Management
Control daily sales, monitor budgets, and achieve revenue targets and cost margins.
Maintain inventory, control stock levels, and oversee procurement in coordination with suppliers.
Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, billing accuracy, and petty cash handling.
Marketing & Business Growth
Assist in developing and implementing promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to improve services and increase footfall.
Build partnerships with food delivery platforms, local vendors, and influencers as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
3-5 years
of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and
problem-solving skills
.
Knowledge of
restaurant management software
(e.g., POS systems, inventory tools).
Excellent
customer service
and
team-building
abilities.
Good financial acumen and experience in cost control and budgeting.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
