Experience /Qualification/ skills required:
Qualification: Masters in Food Technology/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Chemistry
Experience: Minimum 5-7 Years of overall experience, in food & beverage industry, of which at least 1-3 years of regulatory experience.
Knowledge & skills: o Technical expertise: 1. Basic understanding of food regulations like FSSAI, LMR, CPCB & individual state excise
2. Knowledge of food additives, ingredients and their applications
3. Knowledge of Analytical & microbiological parameters and their limits.
