Closely liaison and Follow up with RHRs, businesses and central sourcing team for various hiring sources and initiatives
Clear FTR cases within given TAT, Strict adherence to process of appointment letter generation based on necessary checks, budget approval, re-hiring approval and Pre-hire checks
New joined Regional HR to be trained for mandatory checks and documentation done in the portal, understanding of manpower budget, ready recokner, salary deviations and hiring parameter to be followed.
Roll out MIS to mentors for discrepancy resolution and appointment letter generation.
Co-ordination with Regional teams / operations team for pending resolution and appointment letter generation on a daily basis.
Co-ordination with joining team for completion of On boarding formalities of new joinee within 45 days from the date of request received (subject to resolution of discrepancies)
Address the business queries daily through emails/ calls for various HR processes
Provide resolution to employees on their concerns received through call and emails
Ensure 100% adherence of Code of Conduct within the team
Update team with latest policy and processes and train them periodically
Ensure all laid down processes are periodically reviewed and implemented (HR and Business). Deviations if any to be highlighted for resolution
Highlight pending cases to business in line with laid down processes
Co-ordination with IT team for procurement of Assets for HR Members, their Login Credentials and other System response issues etc.
Ensure adherence by the team to the checklist designed for recruitment, selection, on boarding etc.
