Roles and Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of new hires.
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet business needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
Conduct bulk hiring campaigns for various roles across multiple locations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations during all stages of recruitment.
Desired Candidate Profile
6-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (HR Operations).
MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or relevant discipline.
Proven track record of successful headhunting efforts through networking, referrals, or other means.
Strong understanding of campus hiring processes and ability to build relationships with universities/colleges.

Pay: ?500,539.89 - ?800,541.69 per year
