Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
Source candidates using recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, etc.), social media, internal databases, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Recruitment Process Management
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations, and timelines.
Schedule and manage interviews, collect feedback, and ensure smooth candidate experience.
Ensure adherence to defined recruitment SLAs and hiring timelines.
Consultancy & Vendor Management
Liaise with external recruitment consultancies and staffing partners.
Share JDs, track submissions, evaluate quality of profiles, and manage vendor performance.
Negotiate commercials and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
Salary Negotiation & Offer Closure
Conduct salary discussions and negotiations with selected candidates.
Prepare offer proposals in line with internal compensation frameworks and approvals.
Ensure high offer-to-joining ratios and minimize dropouts.
Documentation & Compliance
Manage and verify pre-employment documentation (KYC, education, experience letters, background verification, etc.).
Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, trackers, and candidate records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
Stakeholder & Reporting
Act as a point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and consultants.
Prepare and share recruitment dashboards, hiring status reports, and analytics with leadership.
Continuously suggest process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency.
