A leading company in Delhi is looking for Assistant Manager - BD who have experience into retailor FMCG sector , real estate
Identify suitable retail properties (in malls, corporates, food courts transit hubs etc)
Coordinate with landlords, Brokers and liase with legal teams for due deligence , documentation and finalization of the same.
Experience in site aquistion, retail expansion etc.
Experinece in Fit out (interiors etc)
Good track record of opening stalls or stores in commerical area, malls or high footfall area.
Experience in Project leading

Pay: ₹8,111.84 - ₹42,814.17 per month
