Key Responsibilities :
Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring quality standards and procedures
Support the quality manager in maintaining NABH standards
Conduct internal audits, prepare audit reports and ensure timely closure of non conformities
Conduct staff training on quality policies, SOPs, and patient safety measures
Participate in accreditation renewal and surveilance activities
Qualifications :
MBA/ MHA
3-5 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare management roles
Strong knowledge of quality standards, audits, and accrediation processes
Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation
Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
Salary should be based on interview performance & experience . Should be fixed at the time of interview.
