Key Performance Area:

Prepare and maintain documents as per ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001 requirements Prepare MIS reports and present to management on a monthly basis Monitor in-house and supplier product quality to ensure compliance with targets Identify root causes using 5Why and cause-and-effect analysis to reduce internal rejection PPM Implement Poka-Yoke at process and assembly stages to prevent potential customer complaints Attend to customer complaints, analyze issues, implement, and monitor corrective actions to prevent recurrence Plan and execute QMS/EMS system audits including process, product, dock, and layout audits Conduct supplier system and process audits to reduce incoming rejection PPM levels Prepare APQP and PPAP documents in line with project and standard requirements Monitor quality systems across the plant to achieve targets Conduct Quality Improvement Meetings (QIT) for in-house and supplier processes Prepare Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) aligned with project specifications and customer requirements Prepare monthly PPM reports and send performance cards to suppliers Conduct product testing as per DVP, standards, and customer requirements Develop and implement ideas to minimize process rejection costs and train the process team to execute them Motivate subordinates to actively participate in Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives Coordinate with the NPD team and support development activities
