Responsibilities:
No. Key Accountabilities
1 Prepare Inspection Plans & Inspection Reports for all Finished Goods
2 Review and update the Inspection procedures in accordance with latest version of Drawings / Standards
3 Monitor & Maintain the health of all Instruments / Gauges used for Final Inspection
4 Release reports for Inspection and maintain records for the specified time period
5 Update status of Inspection in SAP
6 Ensure Inspection is carried out strictly in accordance with defined procedures
7 Plan & organize all facilities required for Final Inspection & PDI
8 Responsible for safe handling & storage of Finished Goods
9 Analyze Internal / External Customer Complaints & RCA to identify CAPA
10 Trend Analysis & Feedback to Manufacturing based on Inspection Results
Qualifications:
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFI-CATIONS:
Must: Diploma In Mechanical Engineering with 5-6 Year Experience Desirable Bachelors Degree (Mechanical or Industrial)
Relevant EXPERIENCE:
Must: Minimum of 5-6 years related experience. Familiarity with SAP Application of 7 QC Tools Preparation of Inspection Reports Familiarity with SQC Techniques Desirable: Working Experience in Defense Sector. Basic knowledge of mass manufacturing concepts Certified QMS Auditor
