Inspection of Parts & components, electrical product & electronics products, like switch, socket & accessories & understand testing Lab compliance.Analysis of the product test results and Statistical Graphs Reports, awareness of Quality tools and process interventions.Test lab management NABL IMS hands on exposure BIS activity.Data analysis, objective-thinking, judgment and leadership skills.Maintain and development of the customer corrective and preventative action (CAPA), internal non-conformance and Lateral Quality Management Systems.Develop and implement initiatives to further enhance process improvement within GM ModularFamiliar with Indian standard & international technical specification of electrical product & accessories.Knowledge of applied electrical engineering, in-depth familiar with electrical appliance and electrical switch gear product.Maintain Quality Management System database & Create new and revise existing process workflowsAnalyse and maintain the divisions process measurements; determine and suggest changes to process measurement thresholds; analyse trends and report to senior management. Develop and distribute reports related to the Divisional quality metricsAnalyse trends and work with functional areas to identify root cause of problems and assist in the direction of appropriate plan of action
