System implementation and maintenance:
Oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of a single, integrated management system that combines multiple standards like ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety).
Auditing and compliance:
Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with the IMS framework and external audits, serving as the primary liaison with certification bodies. Manage corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities and ensure regulatory compliance.
Documentation and reporting:
Maintain IMS manuals, procedures, and work instructions. Generate regular performance reports and KPIs for senior management.
Continuous improvement:
Drive process improvement activities, identify areas for improvement, and facilitate root cause analysis to solve problems.
Training and support:
Deliver training on IMS standards and processes to promote awareness and engagement across all departments. Support teams in implementing and following policies and procedures.

Risk and strategy:
Contribute to risk assessments and management reviews, and assist in developing strategies and action plans to meet company objectives.
