Aramats International, a leading company in the rubber industry, is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Quality Control to oversee and maintain quality standards across our production units. The ideal candidate must have strong QC knowledge within rubber manufacturing or related sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage day-to-day quality control operations in the rubber production units

-Ensure products meet required specifications, standards, and customer requirements

-Conduct inspections, testing, sampling, and quality audits

-Identify defects and deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions

-Maintain QC documentation, records, and standard operating procedures

-Coordinate with production, maintenance, and management teams

-Guide and train QC staff for continuous improvement

-Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies

-Knowledge of QMS standards, especially ISO 9001:2015 is preferable.

Requirements:

-3-5 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in the rubber industry

-Strong understanding of rubber QC processes, testing methods, and quality systems

-Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills

-Qualification in science/engineering or related field preferred
